How do I find out when the next POA meeting is?

Ramblewood Estates POA meetings are posted on this web page and notice will be posted 72 hours in advance on the community board in the front of the subdivision.

How do I submit a topic or agenda item for the POA meeting?

Send agenda requests to rwehomeowners@gmail.com and we will gladly address it. Please remember that time is limited and as such agenda items will be determined based on issue priority and urgency. Agendas will be posted 72 hours prior to a board meeting.

When do meeting minutes become available?

The POA board tries to post meeting minutes online no later than one week following approval. Approval of minutes typically occurs at the following board meeting.

How do I contact the POA officers?

We'd love to hear from you! You can contact any one of the officers directly via the emails listed on the Directory, or for general issues, email rwehomeowners@gmail.com and we'll direct the issue to the appropriate person.

How do I sign up for email announcements?

We respect your privacy and thus have taken measures to reduce mass distribution of emails from board members and residents. As of January 2015, announcements will be posted to this website; however, if you prefer to receive an email notification, please subscribe to alerts. These immediate email alerts will deliver a summary of the announcements posted on this website directly to your inbox.

It's important to keep your information up-to-date with Ramblewood Estates in case we need to contact you.
